Paul E. Cheney, a CPA since 1972, has spent the last thirty years providing corporate finance services to a large variety of publicly and privately-held businesses as well as advising numerous clients in the accounting and management areas. Mr. Cheney’s clients have included many companies in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, food processing, industrial distribution and transportation services, consumer products, broadcasting, textiles, and health care. Mr. Cheney was the lead advisor in the completed acquisition and financing of over 100 Coca-Cola bottlers; 7Up bottlers in Chicago, New York, and on the West Coast; four Major League Baseball teams; and an NHL team. Mr. Cheney was the lead financial advisor in the acquisition of a UK-based manufacturer with twenty-eight global business units operating in thirteen countries, as well as one of the main advisors in the acquisition of the home products division of Union Carbide.

Mr. Cheney has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Tennessee and a Master in Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University. In addition to his Accreditation in Business Valuation, Mr. Cheney is also Certified in Management Consulting by the Institute of Management Consultants.
